Winter Gathering

Jasper wanted me to let all of his fans know that he'll be at the Winter Gathering this weekend and is looking forward to meeting you all!

Jasper wants to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! He's been a very good boy this year and is patiently waiting for his forever home.

Peanut Butter!

A favorite treat at our house is when the hounds get to lick the last bit of peanut butter out of an almost-empty jar. I think Jasper likes it too!

Meet Jasper Sunday!

Jasper won't be at the 100 Oaks Meet & Greet on Saturday, but he will be with us at the 100 Oaks PetSmart on Sunday helping us take pet pictures with Santa. We'll be there from 11-4.

Come meet this sweet boy if you can! He'll greet you with his tail wagging and give you plenty of puppy kisses. :-)

Home for the Holidays?

Jasper is still doing great and would love to find his forever home for the holidays. He has been on a few home visits, but hasn't found the right home yet. He's such a sweet cuddly boy and would love to spend the holidays cuddled up napping with his new family!

Pupdate on Jasper

Jasper went on his first home visit last weekend and he did really well! He didn't get adopted this time, but I told him that as long as he keeps being such a good boy he'll get his own forever home soon.

He had another opportunity to meet a cat on the home visit, and I think he'll be cat safe. The cat hissed at him and poor Jasper tucked his tail and ran away!

I think he'll also be good with small dogs and should be okay being the only greyhound in the house. He gets along well with our resident greys, but doesn't really seem to like playing with them in the yard. His new favorite pastime is napping with his head in someone's lap, and I think he'd love a home where he can have a lap all to himself to sleep on. :-)
